9549b01e3c JavaScript: Turn on experimental language features for two tests. 
All other tests already pass with experimental features turned on, so once this is merged we can do so by default.

149ae5d7ab JavaScript: Fix IllegalInvocation. 
This fixes false positives that arise when a call such as `f.apply` can either be interpreted as a reflective invocation of `f`, or a normal call to method `apply` of `f`.

b17518a5eb JavaScript: Refactor InconsistentNew to improve performance. 
All the filtering is now done in `getALikelyCallee`, to which I have also added an additional parameter that improves the join in the `select` clause.

I've also simplified the alert message to no longer use `toString`, which isn't meant for alert messages anyway. (This is an old query.)
