Owen Mansel-Chan 19745e13b5 Fix some lines with // $ ... // $ MISSING:
Note that when a line is marked `// BAD [NOT DETECTED]` but actually has
an alert, I assume that the `[NOT DETECTED]` is outdated and should be
deleted.
