Python: Always use @id py/
...
The two queries in CWE-020 are used for manual evaluation (is my
understanding), and the two IDE queries should work based on their tags,
and not on the query-id.

Will need subsequent PRs fixing up test failures (due to deprecated
methods moving around), but other than that everything should be
straight-forward.
