Will need subsequent PRs fixing up test failures (due to deprecated
methods moving around), but other than that everything should be
straight-forward.

Python: Accept changes in Python 2 specific tests

Due to internal PR#35123 we now actually run the tests under
`python/ql/test/2/...`
Since we haven't done this in a while, test output has changed a bit. These
changes look perfectly fine.
