17a0029585 Python: support callbacks to library calls 
TODO:
The member predicate `LibraryLambdaMethod::getACall` is
currently too permissive.
Ideally, we would have `libraryCallHasLambdaArg`
as in Ruby. But even a more precise
`libraryCall` predicate might be fine.
