Adapt test to work better for MaD
...
In MaD, `Argument[n]` corresponds to the post-update node of the
argument, which in the old version of the test will be the definition of
`dstReader` for the tests for `ReadBody`, `ReadLimitBody`,
`ContinueReadBodyStream`, `ContinueReadBody`.
