JS: Avoid use of LabeledSanitizerGuardNode in TaintedObject

Drive-by bugfix: Rename sanitizes -> blocksExpr.
This fixes a bug that caused the sanitizer guard not to work in df2.
The test output reflects the fact that the barrier guard works now.
