Python: Autoformat everything using qlformat.

Will need subsequent PRs fixing up test failures (due to deprecated
methods moving around), but other than that everything should be
straight-forward.

...
They are not tainted in assignment, only in use.
I also adopted an attempt at a better test-setup, where it's easy to see if
everything is the way you hoped for, instead of browsing through 100 of lines of
taint-step output :P
