f07a7bf8cf Python: Autoformat everything using qlformat. 
Will need subsequent PRs fixing up test failures (due to deprecated
methods moving around), but other than that everything should be
straight-forward.

ee4190e0d9 Python: Add example if urlsplit(url).path: => missing points-to 
I wanted to highlight that it's not the call to `urlsplit` that is a problem, so
that's why I inserted a `check` in-between.
