Python: Autoformat everything using qlformat.

Will need subsequent PRs fixing up test failures (due to deprecated
methods moving around), but other than that everything should be
straight-forward.

I got my eyes on this one since it was using a deprecated method, BUT it was
also doing the thing, since File.getName() is the same as
File.getAbsolutePath(), and that doesn't match the description :\
