4f59886a65 Java: Simplify CompileTimeConstantExpr.getIntValue() 
The changed code previously also only covered IntegerLiteral:
- Restricted to Literal
- Integral type
- != "long"
- != "char"

So the only class left which matches all of these is IntegerLiteral.
