decbaa9dc7 Docs: Put lists in supported-frameworks.rst in more alphabetical order 
They were almost alphabetical, but not quite.

Python was ordered by category first, and by name within each catogory.
I've left it like that, but it would probably be better to be
consistent between languages, one way or the other.
