Python: Update all .expected files

I'm beginning to realise why I didn't do the `toString` overriding way
back when. Thankfully, now that all of our tests are in the same place,
this is actually not a terrible ordeal.

Python: Autoformat everything using qlformat.
...
Will need subsequent PRs fixing up test failures (due to deprecated
methods moving around), but other than that everything should be
straight-forward.
