Since using `.DictionaryElementAny` doesn't actually do a store on the
source, (so we can later follow any dict read-steps).
I added the ensure_tainted steps to highlight that the result of the
WHOLE expression ends up "tainted", and that we don't just mark
`os.environ` as the source without further flow.
I had to rewrite the SINK1-SINK7 definitions, since this new requirement
complained that we had to add this `MISSING: flow` annotation :D
Doing this implementation also revealed that there was a bug, since I
did not compare files when checking for these `MISSING:` annotations. So
fixed that up in the implementation for inline taint tests as well.
(extra whitespace in argumentPassing.py to avoid changing line numbers
for other tests)
Before, results from `dca` would look something like

now it should make it easier to spot _what_ it is that actually changed,
since we pretty-print the node.
The meat of this PR is described in the new python/ql/test/experimental/meta/InlineTaintTest.qll file:
> Defines a InlineExpectationsTest for checking whether any arguments in
> `ensure_tainted` and `ensure_not_tainted` calls are tainted.

> Also defines query predicates to ensure that:
> - if any arguments to `ensure_not_tainted` are tainted, their annotation is marked with `SPURIOUS`.
> - if any arguments to `ensure_tainted` are not tainted, their annotation is marked with `MISSING`.
