Remove CSV model infrastructure from ExternalFlow.qll
Remove SourceModelCsv, SinkModelCsv, SummaryModelCsv classes, single-argument CSV predicates, CSV parsing in MadInput, and CSV-specific validation checks. Simplify MadInput to only contain the namespace separator. Convert test models to .ext.yml format.
